Advice

General rules for preparing a shipment for shipment:

Standard shipments cannot weigh more than 31.5 kg. If this weight is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged depending on the dimensions, total weight and place of loading. We remind you that we add up the weight of individual parcels, not including the number of parcels.

  • Use a new box whenever possible. The more a box is used, the more it loses its original protective properties and a previously used box may not protect your shipment.
  • Select the strength of the box according to the content being shipped.
  • Carton should be completely filled, if the content does not provide it, you can use carton or foam fillers such as crumpled newspapers/paper.
  • We put the complete delivery address on the carton with your name or company, address with postal code and contact number.
  • Cartons with delicate contents should be carefully labeled.
  • We do not wrap the cartons in gray or decorative paper.

Transporting fragile items

  •  For delicate items, choose a relatively larger package so that they do not touch the inside of the package, and fill the empty spaces of the package with materials such as paper, foam or foil with air bubbles.

Electronic equipment

  • Electronics such as TVs/monitors, home theaters, set-top boxes, etc. should be packed in the original manufacturer`s packaging together with polystyrene and fillers.
  • It is not allowed to put other items/things into cartons containing electronics, apart from those that are included in the equipment. Additional items may damage the contents in transit.
  • In the absence of the original packaging, every effort should be made to ensure that the replacement packaging used by the sender fully protects its contents.
  • Electronics packed in non-original packaging are not covered by insurance and are shipped only under the responsibility of the sender.
  • For computers, please remove any expansion cards such as graphics card, sound card and put them in a separate package.
